About Us
Welcome to your comfortable home away from home. 22 on Port Natal offers self-catering accommodation and is situated in the holiday-vibrant coastal town of Hartenbos; situated within the Mossel Bay Municipality, approximately 40 minutes drive from George and just 20 minutes drive from George Airport.
22 on Port Natal was established as a self-catering unit in 2023, and boasts of comfort and style, yet with enough simplicity to have a casual holiday. Our facility is just a 10-minute walk from the closest beach and less than a 2-minute drive from Hartenbos Waterfront.
Guests appreciate the natural beauty of the Garden Route, the friendliness of its people, and safety of this town. Nothing beats the warm sea currents that allow one to swim endlessly while being just a walk away from an ice-cream counter or coffee shop.
Unit 1
This unit accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids OR 4 adults and consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. The unit offers a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan lounge with two single beds. The living area leads onto a patio with outdoor dining furniture and a braai.
Unit 3
This unit is suitable for business executives and accommodates 2 people. It has twin beds that make up a king-size bed on request, a shower en suite & an outdoor shower. The unit features a kitchenette with basic appliances to cook meals and leads out onto a courtyard with outdoor seating & a braai. A daily breakfast box per person is available at an additional charge.

Terms and Conditions
- 2 nights minimum stay on weekends.
- Please note that rates may change at our discretion, please view our online booking system (TBA) or website for latest rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Forfeit 100% of total if guest cancels 7 days before arrival
- Forfeit 100% of deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival
- Forfeit 50% of deposit if guest cancels 21 days before arrival
- Forfeit 25% of deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival
Check-In Times
- Check-in at 14h00
- Check-out at 10h00
Parties
- Audible entertainment music may be enjoyed until 8pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.
- Parties may be booked at party venues or restaurants as our facility does not cater for larger groups than what the unit booking allows.
- No hen/stag parties.
- We reserve the right to cancel the guest booking should the above terms not be adhered to.
Non-smoking facility
- All our units (indoors and outdoors on the property) are strictly non-smoking.
Laundry change
- For long-stay customers (7 days+), the laundry is changed every 7th day. Towels will also be changed every 7th day. We will communicate with you for a suitable time to ​make the collection and change-over.
- Please ensure that beauty products containing Benzoyl Peroxide are washed off properly, as this product bleaches on our laundry.
- For long stays, we can arrange a cleaner for your account.
General
- We have 3 pets; 2 small dogs and a cat. They are kept in our private area.
